I haven't heard anything. A couple of friends could do with knowing as they will be out of the country but really need to enter.

Keith here,

Apologies for not being on the forum recently but here I am! I am in the process of re-doing the website in amongst other commitments. Visit the site www.3peakscyclocross.org.uk and if it doesn't look any different hit refresh/reload. Follow the entries link and read what I have put there.

I am in the final stages of consultation with the people at SportIdent and I should be able to put a link on to the online form within the next 24 hours. You will only be able to register after July 1st but the form will remain "live" until July 17th. So no panic! Entering early will bring no advantage.

John is away for several weeks and I will be away until July 17th so communications could be a bit thin.

John will still be able to add/invite entrants after the closing date to deal with any problems that arise.

Best wishes,

KEITH PARKINSON

Best wishes,

I want to be able to enter as a father / daughter team so would I do this at the next stage if we get a place.

Thanks

Still not 100% clear on the process. I've submitted my entry (I think)
"Your entry / membership has now been saved and no additional payment is due. If you need to make any more changes you can do so by visiting the My Entries or My Memberships pages."

Does that mean it's been received and is in the queue, or does it mean I need to somehow 'submit' it. I'd like the reassurance of the word 'received' or similar in there...!

I'm also registered.

It's not quite as exciting as putting it in the postbox, but still feels good.

Dave (and others) - when you get to the page which says "entry received" or similar, there are two boxes at the bottom which are :
- EITHER - create another entry
- OR - submit your entry(ies)
I think that until you hit the submit box (bottom right) your entry is just saved. Not really sure but that's how I read it this morning.

Also worth noting that non-BC members should leave the "BC number" box blank, instead of putting n/a or a dash like I did. If ther's anything in there, the form assumes it's your reg number and charges that rate (which I suspect would leave you uninsured).

Hope to see you all in Sept, and in teh middle of nowhere practising before then.
Ian.

That was easy.
The wait to find out is going to drive me crazy.
Actually, checking out the picture of me grimacing during last year's race, I'm already crazy applying again...
