Training ride advice

Hi All,
1st post on here and wanting something!

I'm planning on a training ride in the area this Saturday and after studying some maps of the area and seeing a few bridleways but not too many complete circuits I was wondering if it's frowned upon to use the farm/landrover tracks that are marked on the maps but the only right or way designation is public footpath.

Also are there any bridleways that are not worth bothering with for any reason?

And to be completely lazy does anyone have any GPX files of CX routes around the area?

In answer to your first post, this from the top of the "Course" page:

PLEASE NOTE!! Most of the off-road sections are over footpaths and/or private land. This means that no training on a cycle is allowed on those sections - it is illegal to ride on there except on the day of the race. CLICK HERE to see the no-cycling exclusion zone.

If you get caught you won't be allowed to sign on at registration and this close to the event it'll be pretty obvious what you're up to...

Thanks for the reply, yes I am aware that training on the actual course is not allowed which is why I am just wanting to ride in the same area with similar rocky ground to experiment with tyre pressures etc, and by the same area I mean somewhere in the Settle / Ingleton area.
